Descriptions

Superior corrosion resistance: from “surface protection” to “deep protection”
Properties of the protective layer: During the hot-dip galvanizing process, the molten zinc undergoes a chemical reaction with the steel surface, resulting in the formation of a two-layer structure: a "zinc-iron alloy layer" and a "pure zinc layer," with a thickness ranging from 85 to 150 micrometers (significantly greater than the thickness of a cold-galvanized coating). This layer adheres very tightly to the steel surface, acting as a "shield" that isolates the steel from contact with air, moisture, and corrosive environments.
Self-healing capability: If there are minor scratches on the surface, the zinc will initially corrode via the “sacrificial anode effect,” thereby protecting the steel from rust without the need for additional repairs and continuing to perform its corrosion-resistant function consistently.
Environmental adaptability: It can tolerate a variety of harsh environments, such as high saline fog along coastlines, acidic and alkaline gases in industrial areas, as well as rain, snow, and frost in open spaces. It maintains stable performance within a temperature range from -40℃ to 60℃.
2. High strength and stability: Achieving a balance between corrosion resistance and structural integrity
Base material guarantee: High-quality carbon structural steels such as Q235 and Q355, or high-strength low-alloy steels, are used as the base material. These materials themselves possess good tensile strength and yield strength, meeting the structural load requirements of buildings and projects.
The process does not damage the base materials: The hot-dip galvanizing process is carried out at high temperatures; however, through precise control of temperature (440–460℃) and time, the mechanical properties of the base metal remain unchanged, thereby ensuring that the structural stability of the sections is not affected.
Precise dimensions: The formed shapes undergo strict dimensional calibration and are then subjected to hot-dip galvanizing treatment. The galvanized layer is applied uniformly without compromising the accuracy of the shape assembly, making these products suitable for a wide range of engineering installation requirements.
3. Long-lasting and durable: Reduces the total life-cycle cost
Long service life: In typical outdoor environments, the service life of hot-dip galvanized metal shapes can range from 20 to 30 years. In mildly corrosive environments (such as rural and inland areas), their service life may exceed 30 years—equivalent to 3 to 5 times the service life of ordinary coated steel.
Low maintenance cost: After a single galvanizing process, there is no need for frequent rust removal, repainting, or other maintenance work. Simple routine cleaning is sufficient, allowing savings of more than 80% in subsequent maintenance costs.
High cost performance: Although the initial purchase cost of hot-dip galvanized sheets is slightly higher than that of ordinary steel, when combined with an extremely long service life and very low maintenance costs, the cost performance over the entire lifecycle far exceeds that of conventionally corrosion-resistant steel.
4. Environmental Compliance: Meets the green requirements of modern engineering
No secondary pollution: During the hot-dip galvanizing process, the zinc coating remains stable without releasing any harmful volatile substances, and no rust, flaking, or contamination will occur during subsequent use.
Recyclable: After the files are destroyed, both the steel and the zinc coating can be recycled and reused, aligning with the concept of a circular economy and placing no environmental burden.
Compliant with National Standards: Strictly adheres to national standards such as GB/T 13912-2022 "Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Sheets and Strips" and GB/T 2694-2018 "Technical Specifications for the Manufacture of Transmission Line Towers," and all indicators meet environmental protection and safety requirements.
